1. Acceptance of terms

This website is operated by Atmosphere Ventures, Inc. ("Atmosphere," "we," "us"), a Nevada corporation with its registered office at 3827 S. Carson St., Unit 505-25 PMB 1025, Carson City, NV 89701, USA. By accessing or using atmosphere.ventures (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Informational purpose; no offer

Content on this Site is provided for general information. Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer; all orders are subject to acceptance by Atmosphere and to a definitive written agreement or invoice.

3. Performance projections

Water-output projections shown on this Site (including the Site Atlas and downloadable sell sheets) are estimates derived from published climatological normals and Atmosphere's performance dataset. Actual output varies with site conditions, installation, maintenance, weather, and electrical supply, and is not guaranteed. Rated capacity is stated at the ANSI/AHAM DH-1 standard rating condition of 80 °F / 60% relative humidity. Projections are not a warranty.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, the /.|||\°/ monogram, images, video, data compilations, and software — is the property of Atmosphere Ventures, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Atmosphere® and the /.|||\°/ monogram are trademarks of Atmosphere Ventures, Inc. Origen™ and Wellspring™ are trademarks of Therma-Stor, LLC; Atmosphere Ventures is the authorized reseller of the Origen Wellspring AWG100 and uses these marks on this Site to identify that product. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or derivative use requires the prior written consent of the applicable rights holder.

5. Fair use of our materials

Journalists, researchers, and reviewers may quote brief excerpts of Site content with attribution to "Atmosphere Ventures, Inc." and a link to the Site. Use of product imagery for editorial coverage is permitted with attribution; commercial use is not.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by scraping at disruptive volume, attempting unauthorized access, transmitting malware, or misrepresenting your identity in forms or communications.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATMOSPHERE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE. Product warranties, if any, are stated exclusively in the written warranty accompanying the product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts of California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us. When you submit a form on this Site (Register to Buy, Buy Now, or city-interest registration), you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, intended location, and purchase preferences. When you generate or share a sell sheet, your selected location may be recorded for demand analytics.

2. How your information reaches us

Form submissions on this Site are delivered by email from your own mail application to our sales team (sales@atmosphere.ventures) — there is no third-party form processor, and nothing is transmitted to us until you press send in your own mail client. If and when our own intake service is activated, submissions will be transmitted to and stored on infrastructure we control, hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. We will update this policy before that change takes effect.

3. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, process orders, plan product availability by region, and improve the Site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting and email providers) or where required by law.

4. Cookies and tracking

This Site sets no cookies of any kind — none. It uses no browser local storage or session storage, no advertising cookies, no third-party ad trackers, no social pixels, and loads no third-party scripts whatsoever. Because we store nothing on your device and load nothing from anyone else, there is no consent banner to click and nothing to opt out of. If we ever adopt privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics from our host (Cloudflare) that do not identify individuals or store data on your device, we will say so here first.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise any right, email sales@atmosphere.ventures with the subject "Privacy Request." We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6. Data retention and security

We retain inquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Product safety and certifications

The Origen Wellspring AWG100 is built with water-contact materials certified to NSF/ANSI 61, and is designed, engineered, and assembled in the USA. We state a certification only where the certification is held for this product; we do not represent that certification is in progress, pending, or anticipated, and we do not rely on certifications held by our suppliers for their own components as if they applied to the finished product. Certification marks are the property of their respective certification bodies. Current certificates are available to qualified purchasers on request.

Warranty

The Origen Wellspring AWG100 is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, issued and administered by the manufacturer. Atmosphere Ventures does not set, administer, or publish product warranty terms. Warranty terms, conditions, exclusions, and registration requirements are stated exclusively in the manufacturer’s written warranty: origenawg.com/tc.

Drinking-water quality

Atmosphere publishes performance and water-quality claims only on the basis of accredited, attested test data. Water quality at any installation depends on proper installation, operation, and maintenance in accordance with the product manual.

Trade and export

Products and technical data may be subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws. International orders are accepted subject to export-compliance screening.

Anti-corruption and ethics

Atmosphere conducts business in compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and applicable anti-bribery laws, and expects the same of its partners and resellers.
